Job description

• Calculation and design of water supply and drainage system, fire protection system according to standards (TCVN, QCVN, NFPA, FM).
• Prepare design description, hydraulic calculation of fire fighting system using water, foam, gas fire fighting (inert gas, FM200, Novec 1230,...).
• Prepare documents, select types of materials and equipment (technical specifications, production standards, origin, ...) in accordance with the Investor's fire protection system requirements.
• Deploy the basic design / detailed design / construction design of the CTN and fire protection system according to the project.
• Disassemble materials and volume of CTN system based on required drawings.
• Check the approval document of the Basic Design / Detailed Design of the CTN system.

Job requirements

• University degree in related discipline.
• Having 3-5 years of experience in the field of designing water supply and drainage systems, fire protection for high-rise and industrial projects...
• Proficient in Revit MEP.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, skilled in teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Able to read and understand technical documents in English.
• Having a practicing certificate is an advantage.
• Looking forward to a long-term commitment.
